How does iPHACE work? Information is presented in four different interconnected sections. Actions on one of them can reload the others to display the related information.

Chemical/Biological spaces: display ligands and targets trees and allow browsing
Interaction map: graphic view of annotation matrices
Structural browser: displays a grid with ligand structures.
Descriptor profile: shows histogram distributions of some features
Molecule charts: summarizes all info for each ligand
Filtering options: allows filtering and data search
